Why editions? Prints and Multiples are a great way to start your collection; you can own a work by a Turner Prize winning artist without spending a fortune or live with a print by an artist before committing to buying a larger work. But how do you identify a good edition and which artists should you look at?
Members are invited to join us for an evening with the founding directors of The Multiple Store, Nicholas Sharp and Sally Townsend for a chance to hear about their company, which has been commissioning top artists to produce limited editions (mainly in 3D) since 1998. We can hear their expert advice on some common concerns and also have a chance to see works by Cornelia Parker, Fiona Banner, Langlands & Bell, Peter Liversidge and Keith Coventry.
There will be special prices available on many of the editions.
RSVP is essential, to book your place email membership@contemporaryartsociety.org or call +44 (0)20 7831 1243
